On a consistent basis, we source the freshest and highest quality organic produce for our customers from the following.

Our first choice is to source through certified organic, local sources.  Most of our produce is from local organic wholesalers.

Our second choice s to work directly with local farms who we know are also certified organic. If they don't have organic certification, we'll possibly partner with them depending on their farming practices. This is the case when a particular fruit or vegetable is out of season and we're not able to purchase from our local organic wholesaler.

Our third choice is to source certified organic produce that comes from outside California. Especially during winter time, certain fruits or vegetables are not available. So we have to source them elsewhere in order to have consistent ingredients in our drinks. We can't get to know the farmers directly, so we only source from them if they are certified organic.
